Some factors affecting the thickness of aluminum sheets and aluminum coils

There are various factors during rolling that will affect the longitudinal thickness accuracy of aluminum plates and aluminum coils. Generally speaking, there are two situations.
One is the impact on the shape and position of the rolled piece shaping curve, and
the second is the impact on the elastic characteristic curve of the rolling mill. As a result, the two factors change the position of the intersection of the two lines, resulting in a longitudinal thickness plate difference.
The factors that affect the longitudinal thickness of the aluminum coil are mainly billet size and performance, rolling speed, tension, lubrication, and rolling mill stiffness.
