There are water spots and vibration on the surface of aluminum foil

In mild cases, it will affect the surface condition of the aluminum foil, and in severe cases, it will cause the foil to break.
Water spots are formed when water drops in the oil or water drops fall onto the aluminum foil surface in the rolling mill. Controlling the moisture in the oil and preventing any water from entering is the only way to avoid water spots.
There is transverse vibration on the surface of aluminum foil, which refers to the periodic transverse waves on the surface of aluminum foil.
There are two reasons for vibration.
One is caused by roller grinding, with a period of about 10 to 20 mm.
The other is caused by discontinuous oil film during rolling. The vibration occurs in a speed range with a period of 5 to 10 mm.
The root cause is insufficient oil film strength, which can usually be eliminated by improving the lubrication conditions.
