Classification of aluminum foil rolling mill

Modern aluminum foil rolling mills are generally quadruple irreversible rolling mills.

There are two ways to roll aluminum foil. It can be rolled on a separate roll-closing machine outside the machine, or it can be rolled and stacked simultaneously on an aluminum foil intermediate finishing mill or an aluminum foil finishing mill equipped with a double uncoiler.

High-speed aluminum foil medium finishing mill or aluminum foil finishing mill usually adopts off-machine coiling.

The general development trend of aluminum foil production technology is to roll heavy coils, wide widths, and ultra-thin aluminum foils, and to achieve high speed, precision, automation, and optimization of the rolling process during the rolling process. In addition, there have been great technological advances in roller grinding, process lubrication, cooling, etc.
The use of large rollers, large coil weights, wide widths, and high-speed rolling is an effective way to improve aluminum foil rolling and production efficiency, output, and yield.
With the advancement of rolling technology, electrical transmission, and the improvement of automation control levels, aluminum foil production is developing in the direction of thinner thickness.

The rolling thickness of a single sheet of aluminum foil can reach 0.01 mm.
