Check the quality of aluminum profiles, including chemical composition, organizational properties, size, shape, surface, and marking.

Inspection and acceptance need to be carried out in batches. The inspection procedure is:

1. Check the batch number, alloy, state, and specifications of the aluminum profiles submitted for inspection and acceptance against the card to see if they are consistent, and then check each item according to the technical standards specified in the contract order.

2. Review whether the physical and chemical inspection reports of organization and performance are complete and clear. After each inspection is qualified, conduct size and surface inspection, and deal with unqualified items.

3. Carry out size, shape and surface quality inspections. The inspection quality standards must strictly comply with the customer's technical standards.

Inspection should be carried out on a special inspection platform, inspection rack, using measuring tools or special samples for comparison.

The precision must be achieved to the specified dimensions.

The size and appearance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant technical standards.

Diameter, inner diameter, thickness, shape, size, hollow part size, plane gap, twist, wave, curvature, cut-to-length.

The surface quality inspection of aluminum profiles is currently mostly carried out visually, and the inspection items are extrusion, cracks, peeling, bruises, scratches, blistering, metal or non-metal indentations, and corrosion spots.

For the inner and outer surface quality of aluminum tubes with relatively small thickness, an automatic flaw detector can be used to inspect them when eddy current passes through.

Aluminum bars and aluminum profiles with special requirements should also be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection during inspection.
