Aluminum tubes generate waves

The aluminum tube produces waves, which are annular ripples that appear along the longitudinal direction on the surface of the aluminum tube.

The taper of the hole shape and the finishing section of the core head do not match, the length of the precision section is too small, and the wall thickness of the aluminum tube fluctuates synchronously along the longitudinal direction.

In most cases, the waves on the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum tube do not have any fluctuations in wall thickness along the longitudinal direction of the aluminum tube.

The main defect of wave is that the hole sizing section is too small or there is a taper in the hole sizing section.

The preventive measure is to frequently repair the mold hole shape according to the wear of the hole shape.
