Aluminum alloy quality requirements for aluminum ingots

The surface quality of the ingot must meet the technical standards. The surface quality refers to the stratification, the depth of the tear, the height of the segregation nodules, the soft melting nodules and the metal nodules, the area and depth of the surface slag inclusions, and the surface wrinkles and surface segregation caused by various reasons.

The geometric dimensions of the ingots, billets and ingots must meet the requirements of pressure processing. The geometric dimensions here refer to the length and tolerance of the ingots and billets, the inner and outer diameters and tolerances, the milling thickness allowance, the cutting slope, the unevenness of the wall thickness, the degree of curvature of the large and small faces, the depth of the surface knife marks, or the surface roughness during peeling.
