Aluminum cans need to be careful when removing paint

Both methods of paint removal have inherent problems, which may result in incomplete or uneven paint removal, low temperature or appropriate temperature but too short insulation time, which will leave tarry residues on the material. This tarry material will continue to burn before melting, causing metal loss. If the heating time is extended at high temperature, oxidation will occur during the initial coating process, which will also increase the amount of burn loss during smelting.

In the flat-bottom paint removal system, the thickness of the can material cannot be too large, otherwise it will cause a large temperature step during heating, causing the situations mentioned above.

If the kiln method is used, the circulating airflow will be too large and will blow up material fragments. This will cause uneven heating of the material and will cause the same problem.

For paint removal, in order to ensure relatively low losses during processing, the appropriate operation should be controlled at 20 tons of waste per hour.
