Aluminum plate overburning

Overburning means that when the ingot or aluminum plate is heat treated, the temperature of the metal reaches or exceeds the low melting point eutectic temperature, causing the grain boundary to be locally thickened, the low melting point eutectic in the crystal to form a liquid phase ball, and the intersection of the grain boundary is triangular, which will destroy the bonding degree between the grains and reduce the overall performance. This aluminum plate is scrap.

The cause of overburning is

The temperature of each zone of the furnace is not uniform enough;

The heat treatment equipment or instrument fails, and the heating or heat treatment system is not reasonable;

The implementation is not strict enough, and the placement is not correct when loading.
