Reasons for surface scratches and abrasions on aluminum plates

Bumps may be caused by

the aluminum plate being hit during transportation or parking,

weights being placed on the aluminum plate after annealing.

Sticks,

the aluminum plate surfaces are connected to each other at a certain point during annealing, causing sticking.

Rubbing scratches,

the aluminum plate is too curved after quenching, the quenching charge is too much, and the distance between the aluminum plates is too small;

when unloading or lifting the aluminum plate, the plates move against each other, causing rubbing scratches.

Aluminum sticking,

the temperature of the ingot is too high during hot rolling;

the performance of the process lubricant is too poor;

the rolling process is not appropriate.
