There is another situation where the reduction is too large during hot rolling,

and the ingot is heated, and the temperature is too high or too low, which can also cause cracking.

Surface cracks. The surface of the aluminum plate may have cracks because the surface quality of the ingot is too poor. The heating temperature of the ingot is too high. The amount of reduction per pass is too large.
